Our psychiatric rehabilitation program aims to help patients with severe and persistent mental illnesses (SPMI) regain their independence and social skills. We assist them with accessing community resources to facilitate community re-integration, promote recovery and prevent relapse. PRP can be provided in a facility or any other care setting. Our services cover basic case management, which includes entitlement assistance, service coordination, and external services collaboration.
